Adults with Disabilities

Our services for people with disabilities emphasize community integration and choice while recognizing the specialized and often complex needs of the individuals we serve.  First and foremost, our services are tailored to meet each person’s preferences and varying levels of need.  With twenty years of community-based service for people with disabilities, REM Wisconsin is particularly skilled at assessment and program planning, as well as helping individuals transition into their community from more restrictive settings.
