REM Wisconsin has proudly provided quality of life enhancing services to Wisconsin citizens with developmental disabilities and other complex needs since 1987. We offer a range of programming for individuals across the state, including residential services and day and vocational programs. At REM Wisconsin we focus on providing person-centered services and support to help each individual we serve grow and thrive in the communities they call home.
As a partner of The MENTOR Network, a national network of local human services providers, REM Wisconsin has access to shared values, resources and a well-defined set of quality standards that create a level of support and consistency unavailable elsewhere. By leveraging the strength of our national partnership in combination with our rich history, staff experience and locations throughout the state, REM Wisconsin provides an array of individualized services to people with disabilities and their families in more than 40 Wisconsin counties.
